Count Me In Toronto aims to reduce the strain on the electricity grid by challenging Toronto communities to reduce electricity use around the house. The Toronto city ward that collectively reduces the most electricity usage during Count Me In Toronto will receive an energy efficiency retrofit for a community building (up to $5,000) nominated by the ward councillor.
