Ontario Walks was founded with a mission to encourage all Ontarians to take responsibility for their personal and environmental wellness through walking. This spring they are offering 10 great free guided walks in 6 cities across the province. The 2009 season launches on April 19th with an inspiring Walk through Guildwood Park, led by Honourary Walk Leader Margaret Best, Ontario Minister of Health Promotion.
We invite you to come out and participate in what's sure to be an enjoyable event - bring your friends and family!
